The Group values the ideas and encourages the initiatives of its employees throughout the world. We are convinced that the company’s potential for innovation comes from them. In 2020, SYSTRA launched the SPARK Challenge, an international intrapreneurship programme in which 600 employees have already taken part and which has incubated around fifteen teams to think up sustainable solutions that create value for our clients. All SYSTRA employees can submit their ideas, concepts or innovative projects to invent the mobility of tomorrow.
