Design

Road Operations

The Road Operations area works directly with the country’s highways and roads. Our objectives are to guarantee safety for users, smooth traffic flow and preservation of the road’s assets, among others. We oversee and supervise the activities carried out by road concessionaires, ensuring that all contractual parameters are met and ensuring high quality road systems, as established in the concession agreements.

SYSTRA is committed to the quality of the transportation service offered to passengers and supports its clients throughout the testing and commissioning process. We have experience in telecommunications projects, railway signaling, power supply and air network design.

SÉBASTIEN DUPONT, CEO

Sébastien joined SYSTRA in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer for Latin America based in São Paulo, Brazil, bringing a wealth of experience across finance, purchasing and leadership positions in the transport engineering and automotive sectors. Successfully delivering the merge and integration of group accounting processes and standards across Brazil he then moved to London in 2019 to assume the role of International Chief Financial Officer.

He was subsequently appointed Managing Director – Consultancy for the SYSTRA UK & Ireland business in 2023 and has successfully developed the Consultancy business over the past years supporting the sustainable growth of the business and helping clients to deliver their decarbonisation and sustainability plans.

In May 2025, Sébastien takes on the role of CEO of SYSTRA Brazil. He will also be responsible for enhancing the organization’s robustness, efficiency, and resilience to ensure sustainable performance that meets the needs of our clients.
