New ownership and management in 2024
In 2024, Latour Capital, in partnership with Fimalac, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SYSTRA. This new shareholder now owns 58% of the shares, while our historical shareholders, SNCF and RATP, each retain 20% of the capital. The remaining 2% is owned by the company and its employees. In connection with this change, Jean-Charles Vollery was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Group.
Integration and growth in SYSTRA Denmark
In 2024, SYSTRA Denmark was fully integrated into the SYSTRA Group, strengthening our position as a leading player in transport and infrastructure consulting. The transfer of activities from SYSTRA SA and SYSTRA Sweden AB to SYSTRA Denmark A/S, as well as the sale of our subsidiary SYSTRA Sweden AB to SYSTRA AB, have had a positive impact on our profit before tax.
Increased turnover and high customer satisfaction
During the financial year, SYSTRA Denmark achieved a net turnover of DKK 415 million (2023: DKK 354 million), representing a growth of 17% compared to 2023. The result was significantly positively impacted by the sale of our subsidiary, SYSTRA Sweden AB, to the Swedish sister company, SYSTRA AB.
For the Danish business (excluding the sale of our subsidiary in Sweden), the result from primary operations ended at -6.2 million DKK (2023: -0.5 million DKK). This result was significantly affected by exceptional costs related to the transition to SYSTRA.

God aktivitet på vores projekter
I 2024 har vi fortsat arbejdet på vores store infrastrukturprojekter som Ny bane over Vestfyn, udvidelse af Øresundsmotorvejen og Hillerødmotorvejen, sporombygning mellem Svanemøllen-Hillerød, Fremtidens S-tog og Signalprogrammet – alle viste god aktivitet i 2024. I 2024 blev opgraderingen af Østbanen succesfuldt ibrugtaget og åbnet for passagerdrift.
Once again in 2024, we received positive feedback from our customers regarding customer satisfaction, with our creativity, professionalism, and commitment being among the highest-rated parameters. We succeeded in achieving an overall customer satisfaction score of 8.6 out of 10 (2023: 8.5).
Ambitions for 2025
We are off to a strong start in 2025, with high business activity and a continued solid order book. We therefore expect a stable level of activity for the remainder of the year.
With the ambition to reach €2 billion in turnover by 2030, the SYSTRA Group plans to continue its progress through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
