In 2025, we have delivered growth, improved our operating result, and maintained a high level of customer satisfaction. This is the result of a great effort across SYSTRA Denmark, and I would like to thank all my colleagues for their commitment. At the same time, we are well positioned to continue this positive development in 2026.
Eva Rindom, CEO in SYSTRA Danmark
Growth, a strong equity ratio, and high customer satisfaction
In the 2025 financial year, SYSTRA Denmark achieved net revenue of DKK 422 million (2024: DKK 412 million), corresponding to revenue growth of 2.4% compared with 2024.
Our operating profit came to DKK 8.8 million, representing a significant improvement compared with 2024 (2024: DKK -6.2 million).
Our equity ratio remains strong at 36.5% in 2025, which is above the target of 30%. Profit before tax amounted to DKK 14.6 million in 2025, following a 2024 result of DKK 265.4 million, which was significantly affected by the sale of our subsidiary, SYSTRA Sverige AB, to our Swedish sister company, SYSTRA AB.
Once again in 2025, we received positive customer feedback on customer satisfaction, with delivery quality and communication being the highest-rated parameters. We succeeded in achieving an overall customer satisfaction score of 2.2 on a 3-point scale (2024: 8.6 on a 10-point scale).
New colleagues and strong activity across our projects
In 2025, we welcomed 57 new colleagues to SYSTRA Denmark. We are very pleased that you chose SYSTRA Denmark as your workplace.
In 2025, we also continued our work on major infrastructure projects such as the new railway across West Funen, our role as client advisor on Metro M5 transportation systems, the expansion of both the Øresund Motorway and the Hillerød Motorway, a digital reporting system for the Danish Emergency Management Agency, the Future S-trains programme, and the Signalling Programme — all of which saw strong activity in 2025.
At the same time, we continued working on our strategic initiatives with a focus on sales, strong project delivery, and making SYSTRA a great place to work and grow. We also made further progress in sustainability, climate, and digital transformation.
Strong growth in the Group’s 2025 results
In 2025, the SYSTRA Group reached revenue of EUR 1.28 billion, representing an increase of approximately 3% compared with last year.
This growth forms part of a long-term trend: since 2023, the Group’s revenue has increased by nearly 20%. At the same time, the number of new orders continues to rise, reaching more than EUR 1.5 billion by the end of 2025.
Ambitions for 2026 at SYSTRA Denmark
In the first months of 2026, tender activity has been strong, and we have succeeded in winning several exciting projects, such as Areas and Rights in connection with the expansion of the Metro in Nordhavn.
We therefore expect stable activity for the remainder of the year.
