The portal is based on SYSTRA’s proprietary platform cFlow and is set up based on the Danish Road Directorate’s data, needs and workflows. With its flexible structure, the portal allows the Danish Road Directorate to adapt the information if, for example, workflows or tendering procedures change on an ongoing basis. As a user, you can view completed, current and upcoming tenders and subscribe to tenders you are interested in.
We are very pleased to have created a tender portal for the Danish Road Directorate with a high focus on user-friendliness for both the employees of the Danish Road Directorate and for users who access the portal. The Danish Road Directorate puts many projects out to tender, so it makes sense for them to have their own tender portal rather than using an external service.

FOCUS ON USER-FRIENDLINESS
Most of the Danish Road Directorate’s needs in the tender portal are supported by standard functionality in cFlow, but SYSTRA has also developed a few customizations to ensure that the solution fits the Danish Road Directorate’s setup. In the portal, tender material can be inspected directly in the browser rather than through the use of a download. This gives the user a quick overview of the individual tenders displayed in the tender portal.
The tender portal is characterized by the following:
- A strong focus on user-friendliness. The portal offers a smooth workflow where users are guided through the standardized processes.
- Ample opportunity to configure the content and structure so that only the necessary functionalities are displayed to the user. For ease of access, a simple and cost-effective integration with the Danish Road Directorate’s own user administration has been established.
- The scope of operational tasks to be handled by the Danish Road Directorate is minimized, as the application operation is handled by Atkins. The remaining operational tasks can be easily and cost-effectively deployed and operated, regardless of the choice of operations supplier, as the portal is based on modern container technologies.
- An architecture with freely linked standard components, based on widely used and recognized Open-Source products, supports the desire to reduce technical constraints and ensures that future desires and business needs can be easily implemented.
The tender portal delivered to the Danish Road Directorate is based on standard components, making it easy to adapt to the needs of your organization. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you also need a tender portal to streamline your tendering business.
