SYSTRA IS AN ACTIVE PARTICIPANT IN ENGINEER THE FUTURE – GETTING MORE YOUNG PEOPLE TO CHOOSE ENGINEERING, IT AND SCIENCE. 

We have been actively involved in the Engineer the Future initiative for many years. The initiative aims to encourage more young people to choose STEM subjects in their education. We participate in campaigns that focus on the initiative. Our colleagues are part of the ‘Book an Expert’ program, where primary and secondary schools can invite our experts for a few hours focusing on the work performed as an engineer at SYSTRA – here we explain, among other things, how the work contributes to the society and everyday life. At the Science Cup competition, we invited one of the participating high school classes to a half-day workshop, with the aim of inspiring the project they were working on and presenting it in the competition.
