Frasers Centrepoint Limited are erecting a new 13 storey development above the existing Yishun Bus Station comprising: Reconstruction of the existing bus interchange (Integrated Transport Hub) including a new pedestrian underground link to Yishun MRT Station; A 2 storey commercial podium for shops and restaurants with 2 basement levels; 14 blocks of 10 storey residential development.

SYSTRA were appointed to undertake a traffic simulation study to model the existing and future traffic condition close to existing Yishun Bus Interchange.

Traffic Impact Assessment was conducted to the development proposals which involves construction of a Temporary Bus Interchange.
