Traffic and Transport Planning

The NSCR-EX in the North (Malolos-Clark Railway Project) and in the South (South Commuter Railway Project) in the Republic of the Philippines is a major project which will connect the new development areas of New Clark City with the existing core of metro Manila, and southward on Luzon island. A key to the success of the rail line will be addition of TOD at selected stations along the route which will bring additional commercial value as well as attracting additional usage of the stations.  It is very important that this is properly planned so that the project is a success.

SYSTRA was commissioned to carry out traffic and transport studies in support of the Transit Oriented Development Study for eleven prioritised stations along the sections of NSCR-EX in the North (Malolos-Clark Railway Project) and in the South (South Commuter Railway Project) in the Republic of the Philippines.
