Jabodebek LRT, Indonesia

The new LRT Jabodebek network aims at connecting Jakarta city, Bogor, Depok, and Bekasi in Jakarta urban area, indonesia. It is the first modern elevated train system, and the first driverless train system  in Indonesia. The project will consist of six service Lines with a total length of approximately 86 km and will be divided into 2 phases.

SYSTRA provides Operation & Maintenance Readiness Consultancy services to help the future operator PT KAI address the specificities of this GoA3 automated LRT.

1. Operation

• We monitor, review and propose advice/recommendation for: Operation Organization, Master schedule for Trial Run and Commercial Operation, Operation Plan (normal, degraded, emergency situation), Maintenance Plan, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs);
• We provide assessment and recommendation in the area of safety for Operation Organization and staffing in Operation Control Centre (OCC), train crews and staff;
• We provide support and guidance for Handover process, Trial Run up to commencement of Commercial Operation.

2. Maintenance

• We review and advice/recommendation on Maintenance Readiness, Maintenance Plan, Training, Organization, tools for maintenance and emergency situations;
• We provide support and guidance for Handover process, Trial Run up to commencement of Commercial Operation.

3. Training

• We provide review and advice/recommendation for: Training plan, Knowledge sharing (real life situations) sections for operation and maintenance staffs, Training materials, Long-term plan for training program;
• We provide debrief to both operation and maintenance staffs after each encounter for degraded or emergency situations.
