As part of the PUB Drain Upgrades, there are some temporary roads and accesses required. SYSTRA was commissioned to undertake the Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) for the Temporary Traffic Management (TTM).

SYSTRA redistributed some traffic due to an access closure and assessing the operation of the junctions and slip road.
