The Dau Giay – Phan Thiet Expressway is a proposed 98.7km long tollway/expressway which will stretch from Dau Giay to Phan Thiet and run parallels to NH1A in Dong Nai and Binh Than Provinces. At its western end the road connects to the Ho Chih Minh-Long Thahn-Dau Giay expressway, the first section of which is open and the latter is currently under construction.

SYSTRA were engaged on behalf of World Bank as Technical Advisors for this PPP project. Activities included full review of the earlier feasibility study including alignment, costing, traffic and revenue forecasts, economic analysis. The work also involves a toll strategy study as well as capability building assessment.
