SYSTRA conducted the study of the performance of the reconfigured access to the drop off point of the Capitol Hotel. The hotel is currently operational, with vehicles able to enter from Hill Street, drop off and exit onto Stamford Road.

SYSTRA proposed that the ingress and egress be reversed. This will also assist in increasing the prominence of the hotel entrance and PUDO, as well as assist with the PUDO being on the passenger side of vehicles.
