Etihad Rail Stage 2

Stage 2 Package D of the Etihad Rail Network (ERN) development will extend the current Stage 1 railway network over approximately 132 km from the Sharjah to Fujairah. This project will link future freight facilities and passenger stations and form a part of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) railway strategic network. 

CRCC & NPC JV as the contractor for ER Stage 2 Package 2D Civils and Trackwork, is responsible to carry out the works design, procurement, fabrication, transport and storage, construction, independent certification, implementation, testing and commissioning, provision of spares, maintenance and care of the Works until Taking Over certification.

SYSTRA was the Design Sub-Consultant to prepare the full detailed Design of the Package 2D.
