Specialized in multidisciplinary project management

The client’s goals and success criteria for the project are at the center when our project managers work with effective goal achievement and project control. The aim is to provide the client with confidence in the project’s progress and deliverables, while also ensuring that project participants feel secure so they can deliver optimally in terms of quality, time, and budget.

We place great emphasis on ensuring that our project managers have the opportunity to share knowledge across projects. This allows us to continuously develop our project management and share experiences and insights in both classic planning and management tools such as scheduling, change management, progress management, and reporting. At the same time, we ensure that we do our utmost in our role as the client’s representative in dialogue with other stakeholders and partners.

In the knowledge sharing between project managers and project teams, we continuously work on the development of new and existing project models, innovative solutions, and sustainability, including biodiversity. All of our multidisciplinary project managers are affiliated with our project management competence center.

For DSB, SYSTRA Denmark, together with partners such as MT Højgaard and Artelia, has provided consultancy services on, among other things, construction works, tracks, earthworks and drainage, and geotechnics for a new electric train workshop in Næstved.

The workshop, which is 300 meters long with 6,500 meters of siding track, marks an important step in the electrification of Danish railways.

Single-discipline project management with specialist focus

Project managers for single-discipline projects typically work within the discipline alongside the involved specialists. This close collaboration ensures professional knowledge sharing and development, as well as daily coordination, close follow-up, fast decision-making, and efficient deliveries.

Project management is largely about helping the client successfully achieve their project goals, ensuring that the project meets the desired success criteria, and fostering a trusting and productive collaboration between all parties involved. It should be a project that everyone is pleased and proud to be part of.
