We provide construction management and supervision for large multidisciplinary projects related to new constructions, modernisations, and renovations, including associated planning, management, and operational proposals. We also offer these services for smaller single-discipline projects.

At SYSTRA, we incorporate construction management, occupational health and safety, and supervision from the very beginning of the project. By considering the needs and steps of the execution phase early on, we have the opportunity – in collaboration with the client – to make decisions about optimising the execution. This can, for example, involve sustainable solutions, construction logistics, requirements for contractors and suppliers, as well as optimisation of processes during the construction work.

Our extensive experience with projects for, among others, Banedanmark, the Danish Road Directorate, and municipalities means that we have the experience and expertise to communicate with project stakeholders and participants in a constructive and solution-oriented manner. A client – whether public or private – must always ensure that the working environment is incorporated into the project’s design on an equal footing with criteria such as sustainability and economy.

We can help ensure a good and safe working environment throughout the entire project execution. We offer health and safety coordinators to fulfill the client’s occupational health and safety obligations both during the design phase and subsequently in the construction phase of the project.

We also provide advice on the concrete, practical compliance with the formal rules and guidelines of occupational health and safety legislation in this area.

SYSTRA is certified according to ISO 45001, and occupational health and safety is therefore always an important parameter in our work.

The Eastern rail – an important transport artery

The Eastern Rail is an important transport link for many commuters in East Zealand. SYSTRA has served as the lead consultant for Lokaltog A/S during the renovation of the Eastern Rail from 2019 to 2024.

After the reopening for rail traffic in September, SYSTRA has been responsible for inspection and supervision along the line, ensuring a stable and safe journey for passengers.
