Risk management with a focus on professional closeness

Proximity to the specific field also means that we can provide specialised consultancy and ensure that solutions are always tailored to the project’s specific needs and requirements.

At the same time, we also undertake more individual and standalone risk management tasks, where we work independently with great diligence and professional depth to deliver robust results. Our strength lies in the ability to be a valuable part of larger interdisciplinary projects while handling independent assignments with the same high level of professionalism.

Our strong professional environment plays a central role in our daily work. We continuously collaborate and share experiences, supporting both professional development and ongoing competence building. This internal cooperation makes us especially capable of delivering risk management and analyses across all areas where safety is essential, enabling us to provide risk management that truly makes a difference.

SPECIALISTS IN CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION

The current global situation and ongoing conflicts have clearly demonstrated the need to strengthen the protection and resilience of critical societal infrastructure. This is confirmed by the Danish intelligence services, which over several years have continuously raised the threat level and the likelihood of physical espionage, cyber-espionage, and cyber-attacks against Danish critical infrastructure.

With the introduction of the CER and NIS2 legislation on 1 July 2025, organisations must have a systematic and documented overview of their critical infrastructure and be able to handle unforeseen threats and risks. SYSTRA provides consultancy, gap analyses, development of risk management processes, as well as assistance with reporting and compliance documentation, ensuring that our clients have the right foundation for both regulatory dialogue and operational reliability.

Our experience and expertise originate from the Danish Emergency Management Agency, the Merchant Navy, the oil and gas industry, the armed forces, as well as many years of risk management for rail infrastructure projects within the EU.

CSM is largely about managing the risk management process professionally, fostering a relationship of trust with all stakeholders, and ensuring that the necessary information is gathered through a continuous and thorough approach. In the end, all of this is compiled in the required safety documentation, so that the client is supported in the best possible way throughout the process.
