Context

The CAD Manager will oversee CAD standards, workflows, and templates across projects. 

Missions/Main Duties

• Oversee CAD standards, workflows, and templates across projects.
• Manage a team of CAD designers/drafters, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to align CAD output with project requirements.
• Implement and maintain CAD software, licenses, and training programs.
• Drive innovation by introducing new tools, automation, or BIM integration.

Profile/Skills

• Advanced computer and software skills in preparing Rebar detailing drawings (AutoCAD and Revit software or equivalent)
• Advanced knowledge in Structural design and Rebar detailing works
• Ability to manage a team of drafters
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
• Analytical and problem solving skills
