CTR – Regional Technical Centre of Systra India takes care of the international production of major projects at Systra Group level. CTR team has expertise in design of High-Speed Rail, Metro, Conventional Rail, Bridges, Highways, Depots, Stations and Transport Planning. Starting from Feasibility/Concept stage to Detailed Design to IFC/Shop drawings, the disciplines involved have experience of designing in accordance with various international codes and delivered projects across the world.

CTR team has successfully delivered some major projects in UK, UAE, Tanzania, KSA, Australia, Canada and Denmark. One of the major achievements of India CTR team has been the design of HS2 project in UK. We played an instrumental role in delivering 3 major Sublots on HS2 with our teams proactively engaging with Front Office in UK and delivering beyond client expectations. This resulted in India team receiving many accolades from the contractor BBV and client HS2. 

CTR team in India is proficient in working on multi-disciplinary projects integrating Design, BIM and Drawing production in a seamless workflow incorporating different software. The technical and management teams within CTR get an opportunity to work and interact with other CTR teams within Systra Group from Paris, Poland, Dubai, Philippines and Brazil.

QA/QC Specialist. for 

Missions/Main Duties

 

Support the Quality team in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s quality management system and processes, ensuring high standards of deliverables and compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.

 

  •  Assistance in Quality Audits: Support the planning and execution of internal and external quality audits; assist in recording findings and following up on corrective actions.
  •  Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain quality documents such as procedures, work instructions, checklists, and records in line with ISO and company requirements.
  • Process Monitoring: Participate in reviews and inspections of project processes and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Assist in the identification, reporting, investigation, and tracking of non-conformities; support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  •  Quality Reporting: Compile data and prepare regular reports on quality performance indicators for management.
  • Support in Training: Help organize and deliver quality awareness sessions to promote a quality culture within the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with team members to identify areas of improvement, suggest solutions, and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Support the quality team in responding to quality-related queries from stakeholders.

 Regulation & Standards Update: Stay current with relevant quality standards, project specifications, and customer requirements.

Profile/Skills

  •  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Relevant experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally in an engineering, construction, or industrial environment.
  •  Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
