SYSTRA Denmark Appoints New Director, Frederik Wagner

We are pleased to announce that as of April 1st, we will have a new director for our new business area ‘Civils’. The choice has fallen on 47-year-old Frederik Wagner, who has previously served as a head of department for the department of Bridges and Structures at SYSTRA.

As of April 1st, Frederik will be responsible for further developing the business area covering consultancy services in bridges and structures, roads and motorways, and environmental and water-related projects. Frederik has been with SYSTRA for 10 years and has played an important role in establishing SYSTRA as a significant player in the fields of bridges, structures, and geotechnical engineering over the years.

With the director role, Frederik’s responsibility for the development in SYSTRA expands to also cover the areas of roads, environment, and water.

There is a lot happening, especially in the road and water market, where many new opportunities are emerging, so I look forward to further developing our business at SYSTRA in these areas, while maintaining our competitiveness in our other business areas.

During his time at SYSTRA, Frederik has been project manager for projects such as the Danish Road Directorate’s bridge packages, including the Vejlefjord Bridge and Hylkedal Bridge, as well as several larger municipal projects. .

Frederik is familiar with the business, colleagues, and customers and has, over his 10 years at SYSTRA, demonstrated many good thoughts and ideas on how we continue our development in the market and create value in our projects. It is therefore a natural step for Frederik to now lead the Civil sector.
