Metro linking train station to Mezitli

The line will mainly serve the residential areas, urban activity areas and commercial & business areas, particularly Mezitli Soli and its surroundings, Mersin University Yenişehir campus, Forum AVM and Marina on the west side.

Total lenght of the line is 18,7 km and the project has 15 stations and 1 depot.

SYSTRA Türkiye was responsible for design of 7.3 km of single tube double track TBM tunnel with technical specifications for TBM choice.

The external diameter of TBM tunnel is 10,1 m and consists of 8 segments (7+1).
