GENERAL CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I. Data Controller
This clarification text has been prepared by SYSTRA Mühendislik A.Ş. (“SYSTRA”), located at “Mahatma Gandhi Caddesi No:26/3 Büyükesat, Çankaya, Ankara“, as “data controller” within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law“) and the Statement on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.
II. For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed
Your collected personal data, which is the subject of your disclosure of your personal data to us; planningand execution of business activities and operational processes, execution of activities in line with the business objectives of SYSTRA, determination and implementation of business strategies, planning and execution of operational processes, carrying out the necessary work for business organization, ensuring legal and commercial security in activities, ensuring the execution of human resources policies, planning and execution of corporate communication activities, rights arising from contractual and/or legislation and It is processed in accordance with the Law and relevant legal regulations within the scope of the performance of obligations, ensuring the security of the company campus, ensuring service quality and transaction security.
III. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data; in order to carry out our commercial activities through different channels and based on different legal reasons in verbal, written or electronic media, it is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
IV. To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data; within the limits drawn by the provisions of the relevant legislation, Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, within the framework specified in the article, it can be transferred to SYSTRA’s head offices in Italy and France, legally authorized public and private sector organizations, judicial and relevant administrative authorities and other relevant public institutions and organizations, and can be processed in the country or abroad.
V. 11 of the Act. Rights of the Personal Data Owner within the Scope of Article
As a Personal Data Owner within the scope of the Law, your rights are mentioned below:
- To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data through automated systems,
- Requesting compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698, you must submit your request to use your above-mentioned rights by filling out the Application Form shared with the public on the https://www.systra.com.tr/ internet address and sending it to the [email protected] address or you can deliver it by hand to the company’s HR Department which is operating at the head office located at Mahatma Gandhi Caddesi No: 26/3 Büyükesat, Çankaya / Ankara.
In the application containing your explanations regarding the right you have as a personal data owner and that you will make and request to use in order to use your above-mentioned rights; The matter you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request must be related to you, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and your authority must be documented, the application must contain identity and address information, and documents proving your identity must be attached to the application.
It is not possible to make a request by third parties on behalf of personal data owners. In order for a person other than the personal data owner to make a request, there must be a special power of attorney issued by the personal data owner on behalf of the person who will apply.
In this context, your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. These applications are free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
In order to ensure the security of your personal data, after your application for information is received, SYSTRA Engineering may contact you in line with the information in the form in order to confirm that you are the data owner, and may request some documents and information from you in this regard.
