Context

EET - Blue Line "Section 1"

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead all surveying activities for EET Blue Line – Section 1.
• Establish, review, and maintain horizontal and vertical control points.
• Supervise field surveyors, subcontractors, and survey coordinators.
• Ensure the accuracy of topographic, construction, setting-out, and as-built surveys.
• Review survey reports, drawings, calculations, and data outputs before submission.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure correct interpretation of design coordinates and levels.
• Monitor survey progress against the project schedule and report any risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
• Support interface coordination with civil, structural, track, utilities, and systems teams.
• Manage survey equipment, software, calibrations, and related documentation.
• Implement QA/QC procedures for all survey works.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure survey activities comply with HSE requirements.

Profile/Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying Engineering
• At least 10–15 years of relevant surveying experience.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior surveying role on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of survey control, setting-out, topographic surveying, and as-built documentation.
• Experience using total stations, GPS/GNSS, digital levels, and relevant survey software.
• Familiarity with CAD, BIM-integrated survey workflows, and data management tools.
• Good understanding of international engineering standards and project quality requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
