In Denmark, SYSTRA has been involved in all existing metro lines in the Copenhagen metro. Internationally, SYSTRA has contributed to nearly 1 in 2 metro lines worldwide. We have participated in building systems from the ground up, developing new lines, expansions, optimizations, and fully automating existing infrastructure. Light rail

Light rail offers transportation to travelers within limited urban spaces where cars, buses, cyclists, and pedestrians takes up much space. At SYSTRA, we conduct studies and analyses of light rail as an alternative to buses, cars, or metro systems in urban areas. Our extensive technical expertise in rail transport has been applied to light rail projects worldwide, including in Denmark and Norway.

SYSTRA has been involved in major tunnel projects around the world, such as the Euralpin Lyon-Turin Tunnel, the Ismailia twin-tube road tunnel under the Suez Canal, the renovation of the Mont Blanc Tunnel, and the largest underground railway project in Europe: the Grand Paris Express in the Paris region.
