Client consultancy

As client consultants, we are the client’s trusted advisor from project development to the final realisation of the project. One of our foremost tasks is to ensure good cooperation between all parties involved in a project – the client, the client’s advisor, designers, stakeholders, as well as contractors and suppliers – so that the project can successfully reach completion. We naturally serve as the client’s right hand and provide advice from the very early phases through to execution and commissioning.

As client consultants, we act as the client’s representative in the project and manage the project’s finances, schedule, and quality. We assist with the procurement process and serve as a close partner and advisor throughout the design and construction phases.

We conduct risk and stakeholder analyses and management and handle dialogue with relevant stakeholders — for example, interface projects, municipalities, authorities, private companies, and citizens. The purpose is to safeguard the client as effectively as possible against delays, losses, and other challenges in the process.

The key to successful and efficient projects is good interaction between all parties involved, and here the client consultant plays a central role.
