Therefore, we offer you, as our clients, a workshop aimed at exploring how sustainability can be implemented in your specific project. Based on our experience, a smaller workshop during the project initiation phase can ensure the identification of measures that are genuinely implementable without affecting the project’s progress. These measures are often those that either result in savings or involve minimal costs, as they are identified early in the process.

What can you expect?

The purpose of the workshop is to provide you, as our client, with the necessary knowledge and tools to work with sustainability in your project.

We know that sustainability can often be an abstract concept, and uncertainty about what it entails can hinder open dialogue on the topic. Our sustainability workshop will help to concretize sustainability in your specific project and create a common language and understanding among all involved parties. It is usually more expensive to implement sustainability measures later in the project, so we aim to address this upfront.

At SYSTRA, we have a sustainability network that either leads the workshops directly or trains our specialists to facilitate them for our clients. The workshop primarily focuses on projects where we coach you, as our clients, to identify the actions you can take to translate theory into practice and make your project more sustainable. The goal is to balance the project’s objectives with environmental considerations and create solutions that are beneficial for both you and the surrounding environment.

Focus areas in a workshop can include:
