Internet Markkort (IMK) is a map-related component of the Danish Agricultural Agency’s application and administration system for the application, allocation, and control of subsidies to agriculture. IMK provides detailed and geographically based electronic support for area-based agricultural support schemes. SYSTRA developed the original system back in 2008 and, together with Netcompany, is already part of the supplier team responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of IMK.

We are incredibly pleased to continue our excellent collaboration with the Danish Agricultural Agency as a sub-consultant to Netcompany on this framework agreement. SYSTRA was involved in the development of the existing system, so we are delighted to continue supporting the 30,000 applicants who will use the system to map their fields.
Eli Skop, Director of Consultancy at SYSTRA
The framework agreement includes operation, support, maintenance, and development of the IT system IMK and associated systems, as well as initial services, support, application operation, maintenance, and order services for the system for the next four years.
ABOUT INTERNET MARKKORT
SAs one of its key tasks, the Danish Agricultural Agency disburses agricultural subsidies in Denmark, the majority of which are financed by the EU. The EU imposes a number of requirements on the administration of subsidies for the Danish Agricultural Agency, to maintain its status as a paying agency, and some of these requirements are met in IMK.
Central to IMK is the Field block (Markblok) Register, which is the Danish Agricultural Agency’s administrative basis for case processing and disbursement. The register includes, among other things, field plans, landscape elements, and background maps.
SYSTRA also collaborates with the Danish Agricultural Agency on other projects such as the Central Apiary Register.
