Finance Director Kristian Quarder Turns 50

On September 25, 2024, Finance Director Kristian Quarder will turn 50 years old. Throughout his career, Kristian has demonstrated an impressive ability to drive change and deliver results – both in his previous roles and in his current position as Finance Director at SYSTRA.

Kristian, who holds an MSc in Economics, Finance, and Strategy from Aarhus University, has over 14 years of experience in the consulting industry. He has a particular passion for change management and has always had a keen eye for what it takes to optimize and streamline organizations.

Previously, Kristian was part of the management team at COWI, where he worked for four years on operational optimization and strategic development. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of how changes need to be matured at various levels of the organization to create lasting results.

People and Margins

Kristian joined SYSTRA with a strong determination to create a direct impact, and his leadership focuses on the margins – the small adjustments that make a significant difference. His approach is always targeted with a clear focus on what the company needs in relation to the task at hand.

Kristian is a leader who is both empathetic and execution-oriented, while also focusing on achieving our results. He is very conscious of ensuring his colleagues’ well-being and maintaining balance within his department. As a result, he is very much appreciated both within his own department and throughout SYSTRA Denmark. Kristian works in a highly detail-oriented and proactive manner, which is a significant strength for SYSTRA Denmark to have a colleague and a director like Kristian.
