diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

To enable us to reap the benefits of a rich and open corporate culture – one
that reflects the diversity of the world around us – SYSTRA offers an inclusive

for our employees, clients, and communities.

Promoting diversity in all forms and encouraging inclusivity is central to
SYSTRA’s culture and policies. We ensure equal hiring, training, and

Equity is at the heart of our approach to provide a working environment in which

Our DEI committee, comprised of employees from all sectors and levels of SYSTRA,
establishes the internal and external objectives for our efforts in DEI and
ensures they become an operative reality of SYSTRA’s culture.

The international Women@SYSTRA network promotes diversity and equality within
the company. This is supported by SYSTRA’s executive and supervisory boards. Via
the participation of external speakers and workshops on various themes, this
network enables best practices to be shared and diversity to be reinforced
throughout SYSTRA Group.

**SYSTRA USA’s Women’s Forum provides opportunities for colleagues to come together to discuss opportunities and challenges women face in the workplace, share ideas and opinions, and participate in team-building activities.**

## Building a Brighter Future

### SYSTRA’s Scholarship pRogram

To engage the future of our industry, contribute to our communities, and
establish relationships with the next generation of architects and engineers,
SYSTRA’s employees support students who are pursuing degrees in the
transportation industry. Through financial contributions to industry partners,
such as the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), Mineta
Transportation Institute (MTI), Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), and
American Public Transportation Foundation (APTF), our employees help provide
academic scholarships to graduate and undergraduate students.
