{"id":78257,"date":"2026-07-17T17:03:15","date_gmt":"2026-07-17T16:03:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.systra.com\/uk\/?p=78257"},"modified":"2026-07-17T17:06:00","modified_gmt":"2026-07-17T16:06:00","slug":"systra-joins-partners-to-celebrate-landmark-graduation-of-planbee-rail-apprentices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.systra.com\/uk\/news\/systra-joins-partners-to-celebrate-landmark-graduation-of-planbee-rail-apprentices\/","title":{"rendered":"SYSTRA joins partners to celebrate landmark graduation of\u00a0PlanBEE\u00a0Rail apprentices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event marked&nbsp;a milestone moment for the scheme and celebrated&nbsp;the achievements of its inaugural cohort.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the\u00a0Transpennine\u00a0Route Upgrade (TRU) East Alliance,\u00a0SYSTRA in the UK &amp; Ireland is a proud founding member of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.systra.com\/uk\/expert_insights\/boosting-stem-talent-development-through-industry-collaboration\/\">PlanBEE\u00a0Rail scheme<\/a>,\u00a0which is designed to recruit and nurture the next generation of multi-disciplinary project managers.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two-year&nbsp;programme&nbsp;supports&nbsp;the apprentices&nbsp;as they&nbsp;rotate around four different employers, gaining experience across different environments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event brought together apprentices, their friends and family, and representatives from sponsor organisations&nbsp;for a celebratory evening, including certificate presentations, alongside a poster showcase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element has-griplusclair-background-color has-background\" style=\"grid-template-columns:30% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"780\" height=\"780\" src=\"https:\/\/www.systra.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2025\/02\/annabel-snowden.jpg\" alt=\"A selfie headshot photo of Annabel Snowden. On the back of the placements,\u00a0we\u2019re\u00a0delighted to say Elliot\u00a0has been offered a\u00a0permanent\u00a0job with us as project coordinator.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\"
