Funding bids are often competitive and have short turnaround times.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-challenge\">The Challenge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bids require business cases which are complex and subject to thorough assurance processes. Business cases need robust evidence bases including recent data and transport models.
