To rise to this challenge, SYSTRA originated the modular platform system. This has been refined and developed over the past 25 years and is widely used on Network Rail infrastructure. It uses off-site modular construction methods to create permanent platform structures. Because the components are built off-site, on-site works to assemble the platforms are fast and unobtrusive.
