Rail Forum – Light Rail

Andrew Dugdale from the SYSTRA team will be attending the Rail Forum’s Light Rail Event at the brand new BCIMO dedicated ‘Very Light Rail Centre’ in Dudley .

The event is organised by Rail Forum, a national industry body for railway with strong regional connections, operating from our base in the Midlands.

It brings together rail businesses and clients, with national and regional government, supporting them to grow, export, innovate and create skilled employment.

Session 1

Session 1 will look at the UK and international picture and opportunities as well as deliver insight from Coventry City Council Very Light Rail project and Network Rail’s views for light rail.

Session 2 

This session will look more closely at project planning and delivery with the next big project from ‘West Yorkshire Combined Authority’, as well as new innovation delivered following the Croydon tram incident.
