### SYSTRA rewards

As you would expect from a leading consultancy, we offer highly competitive
salaries and a performance-related bonus scheme. But that’s just the start.

We have developed a comprehensive suite of benefits that add real value for all
employees – from generous holiday allowances and sick pay arrangements to
medical and life insurance, well-being programmes and sustainable travel
incentives.

The benefits we offer include:

- **Annual leave:** 26 days’ annual leave plus public holidays (rising to 27
  days after 2 years’ service) – with the option to buy an additional 10 days’
  leave each year.
- **Generous contributory pension scheme** (employee minimum contribution 4% and
  employer contribution of 8%).
- **Private medical insurance** (BUPA).
- **Enhanced sick pay and Group Income Protection**.
- **Life insurance**.
- **Extensive employee well-being programme** delivered through Wellness@SYSTRA,
  including wellness champions, health checks and social events – to name but a
  few.

- **Interest-free annual travel season ticket loans**.
- **Tax-efficient cycle scheme**.
- **Electric vehicle salary-sacrifice scheme** (UK only).

##### Flexible working that works around you

As a business, we have embraced the flexible working revolution, recognising the
benefits it brings to our people – enabling everyone to work in ways that fit
around their lives, while optimising their performance at work.

To support hybrid working we have completed an extensive programme of office
redevelopment – creating state-of-the-art workplaces with bright and beautifully
designed interiors, combining break-out areas with mindfulness rooms and
collaborative spaces. So while working at home is often a pleasure, coming into
