It is the first modern elevated train system, and the first driverless train system&nbsp; in Indonesia. The project will consist of six service Lines with a total length of approximately 86 km and will be divided into 2 phases. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blanc-color has-light-eggplant-background-color has-text-color has-background\"><strong>SYSTRA provides Operation &amp; Maintenance Readiness Consultancy services to help the future operator PT KAI address the specificities of this GoA3 automated LRT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Operation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We monitor, review and propose  advice\/recommendation for: Operation Organization, Master schedule for Trial Run and Commercial Operation, Operation Plan (normal, degraded, emergency situation), Maintenance Plan, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We provide assessment and recommendation in the area of safety for Operation Organization and staffing in Operation Control Centre (OCC), train crews and staff;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We provide support and guidance for Handover process, Trial Run up to commencement of Commercial Operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We review and advice\/recommendation on Maintenance Readiness, Maintenance Plan, Training, Organization, tools for maintenance and emergency situations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We provide support and guidance for Handover process, Trial Run up to commencement of Commercial Operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
