At its western end the road connects to the Ho Chih Minh-Long Thahn-Dau Giay expressway, the first section of which is open and the latter is currently under construction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>SYSTRA were engaged on behalf of World Bank as Technical Advisors for this PPP project. Activities included full review of the earlier feasibility study including alignment, costing, traffic and revenue forecasts, economic analysis.
