SYSTRA Singapore was the previous Traffic Consultant for the proposed JWHC, whereby as part of the study, aside from the development TIA study to JW St 61, a study was also carried out for various access options for JWHC. As such, SYSTRA are aware of the fundamental concerns, issues raised for the eventual access (access option 1) as well as site understanding in terms of the constraints as well as possible options permutations for access strategy comparatively.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore for the access reconfiguration study, SYSTRA proposed to review the previous options as well as exploring with stakeholders on any other possible options and the overall feasibility and implications to developments on site and the extent of allowance required for options, mindful of the scale of reconfiguration allowed on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
