The ISO 37001 standard, published in 2016, \u201csets out requirements and provides guidance for a management system designed to help an organization to prevent, detect and respond to bribery and comply with anti-bribery laws and voluntary commitments applicable to its activities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\" style=\"background-image:url(https:\/\/www.systra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/jeromehernot-def-1-1.jpg);background-position:50% 50%\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.systra.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/jeromehernot-def-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-133212\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;ISO 37001 is an excellent way to ensure that our management systems evolve towards full compliance with the legal standards that have developed in many countries since the 1997 OECD convention: FCPA in the USA, Bribery Act in the UK and Loi Sapin 2 in France, with the creation of the French Anti-Corruption Agency.
