The IT services department of SYSTRA is looking for an IT operations manager to support SYSTRA’s worldwide growth.

Missions/Main Duties

Reporting to the Head of IT services department, the IT operations manager’s main mission consists of managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems, services, and IT infrastructure (server, storage, network,) work reliably and efficiently.

Profile/Skills

  • Provide full monitoring services: manage platform, add/remove probes and check alerts.
  • Check backup and fix incidents.
  • Ensure all systems are up to date from security standpoint and drive remediation actions.
  • Manage IT helpdesk service requests and reported incidents and ensure all SLA metrics are met as per agreed SLA norms.
  • Have end to end management of problem process including major incidents handling until its closure and validated RCA.
  • Perform IT operational tasks in scope (backup, creation of Active Directory admin account etc.)
  • Assist IT Governance and Compliance as per local and global regulation.
  • Manage team workload, shifts/rosters, and availability on a 24 x 7 basis.
  • Provide and maintain KPI as well as a continual improvement plan.
  • Report performance metrics, dashboards, monthly updates and issue progress to all relevant stakeholders and IT leaders as and when required.
  • Develop and maintain IT operational procedures, Sow’s, policies, KB and other documentation.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery testing.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Drive and contribute to global projects as and when required.
  • Responsible for managing trainings and development of the team
