Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling
etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Highway projects across India. The position of
Resident Engineer is the key position in these BIDs.

## Missions/Main Duties

- Ensure that works are executed in accordance with the contract documents,
  approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards.
- Monitor construction progress and recommend corrective actions where necessary
  to meet project targets.
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities for the highway construction
  project.
- Identify technical, construction, and contractual issues and assist in
  resolving them promptly.
- Issue site instructions and maintain proper site records, reports, and
  correspondence.
- Support the Team Leader / Project Manager in contract administration and
  reporting.
- Coordinate with specialists to ensure proper integration of highway, drainage,
  pavement, structural, and traffic safety works.
- Inspect ongoing works and ensure compliance with approved quality standards
  and procedures.

## Profile/Skills

- He/She should have degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
- He/She should have minimum 15 years of professional engineering experience
- He/She should have at least 5 years’ experience as a Resident Engineer.
- He/ She should have worked at least 4 years on similar construction works in
  hill areas, particularly in India
- He/She should have at least 4 years experience with internationally financed
  road projects.
- He/ She should also be familiar with Modern Total Station Survey and
  Construction techniques.
