Authority (Indian Railways) for three major railway station projects: Mumbai,
New Delhi, and Ahmedabad. Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle,

We are seeking applications for the position of Design Approval Co-ordinator 
for  Project “Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and
construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA

## Missions/Main Duties

<p>The Design Coordinator/ Approval shall:</p>
<p><span>·       </span>Review, Coordinating & expediting the design submission0s, approvals and clearances for said</p>
<p><span>·       </span>disciplines and release timely of drawing submissions. Ensure that there is no delay of work at site due to absence of drawings, details, or any decisions.</p>
<p><span>·       </span>Track and maintain record of changes in design.</p>
<p><span>·       </span>Coordinate design approvals with Employer and EPC</p>
<p><span>·       </span>Contractor, Proof checking consultants.</p>
<p><span>·       </span>Highlight critical issues in design management and address them with discussion with Principal</p>
<p><span>·       </span>Design Coordinator for quick decisions as per stipulated timeline and contract conditions.</p>
<p><span>·       </span>Assist Principal Design Coordinator.</p>

## Profile/Skills

- Education qualification – M.Tech From Structure Engineering preferable from
  IIT/NIT
- Years of experience – Must have overall 12 Year Experince post M.Tech, 8 Year
  Experince in Railway Project, 6 Year Experince in Simillar position
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and
  respecting differences.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery
  environment, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability
  to influence without authority
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make
  independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
- Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety
  and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
