# BIM Coordinator – HVAC

## Context

We are looking for a **BIM Coordinator-VAC** with strong experience in HVAC/VAC
modelling, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary project delivery for building
and infrastructure projects. Candidates with hands-on experience in Revit
MEP/VAC, BIM coordination, clash detection, model management, and project BIM
workflows will be preferred. The role involves coordinating VAC models, managing
BIM deliverables, resolving coordination issues, supporting project teams, and
ensuring compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.

## Missions/Main Duties

- Coordinate and maintain VAC/HVAC models using Revit MEP.
- Perform BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing,
  Fire Fighting, and ELV disciplines.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Review model quality, standards compliance, and BIM deliverables.
- Support the preparation and review of coordination drawings and project
  documentation.
- Manage model setup, parameters, worksharing, and BIM workflows.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
- Participate in coordination meetings and track issue resolution.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables in line with project requirements

## Profile/Skills

- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of VAC/HVAC systems and BIM modelling workflows.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP/Revit HVAC.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
- Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary
  projects.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and ACC/BIM 360 is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Metro, Rail, Building, or Infrastructure projects will be an
  added advantage.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver modelling/drawing outputs within
  project timelines.
