I det ligger hele prosessen fra \u00e5 identifisere farer i tidlig planlegging, til \u00e5 bidra til at de som prosjekterer kommer frem til best mulig l\u00f8sning, forteller Tore Mo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember365\">Etter fire \u00e5r p\u00e5 det massive Follobaneprosjektet, hvor han blant annet jobbet med innf\u00f8ringen til Oslo S, har han n\u00e5 byttet ut tung jernbane med byn\u00e6r trikk. I dag er han utleid til <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/sporveien\/\">Sporveien AS<\/a> Trikken, hvor han jobber med alt fra nye signalanlegg p\u00e5 basene til sikkerhetsoppf\u00f8lging i hverdagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember366\">Overgangen fra jernbane til trikk har v\u00e6rt merkbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-bg-pale-mauve is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\u2013 Den st\u00f8rste forskjellen er at trikken kan kj\u00f8re i tras\u00e9er som de deler med busser, biler og elsparkesykler. Jernbanen er et lukket system med lange bremselengder, mens trikken ofte kj\u00f8rer p\u00e5 sikt i en travel by. Det gir et helt annet risikobilde, forklarer han.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember368\">Detektivarbeid for \u00e5 dokumentere sikkerhet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember369\">En av Tores styrker er evnen til \u00e5 sette ting i system. P\u00e5 Follobanen fikk han ansvaret for \u00e5 utvikle en \u00abdispensasjonslogg\u00bb for hele prosjektet \u2013 en oppgave som krevde b\u00e5de detektivarbeid og st\u00e5lkontroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det handlet om \u00e5 samle alle tilfeller hvor prosjektet hadde avvik fra teknisk regelverk, og s\u00f8rge for at det var godt begrunnet og dokumentert. Hvis det mangler en brikke i puslespillet, kan det stoppe hele ferdigstillelsen, sier han.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember371\">Denne systematiske tiln\u00e6rmingen tar han med seg til Sporveien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-bg-pale-mauve is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\u2013 Dokumentasjon er viktig, men for meg er det like viktig \u00e5 f\u00e5 et fysisk forhold til det vi jobber med. Jeg vil v\u00e6re ute, snakke med folk og forst\u00e5 helheten. Det er da vi finner de gode l\u00f8sningene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember373\">Faglig p\u00e5fyll og internasjonale muligheter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember374\">Selv om Tore ofte sitter ute hos kunde, er han en aktiv del av fagmilj\u00f8et i SYSTRA Norge. Han trekker frem mulighetene for kompetanseutvikling som en viktig grunn til at han trives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember375\">\u2013 Jeg har nylig tatt b\u00e5de \u00abTunnelstudiet\u00bb ved NTNU og kurs i jernbaneteknikk. SYSTRA er en p\u00e5driver for at alle skal ha god generell jernbanekunnskap, og de legger til rette for at vi kan v\u00e6re p\u00e5 utkikk etter ny l\u00e6rdom, forteller han.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:80px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember376\">Motivasjon i \u00e5 redde liv<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember377\">Til syvende og sist er det samfunnsoppdraget som driver Tore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jeg blir motivert av \u00e5 tenke p\u00e5 at innsatsen jeg legger ned kan redde liv. Selv om det er vanskelig \u00e5 m\u00e5le n\u00f8yaktig hva man har forhindret, er det motiverende \u00e5 vite at jeg bidrar til \u00f8kt sikkerhet for de tusenvis av menneskene som reiser med tog og trikk hver dag.
