The Uijeongbu automatic metro line (LRT) that serves the city in connexion with Seoul Metro line 1, has been constructed under the Korean Act governing public-private partnerships in infrastructure projects. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Implementation Agreement was signed on 13 April 2006 between the Korean authorities and the concessionnaire, U-Line. The project has been implemented under a BOT agreement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 11 km elevated line (U-shape viaduct) <\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 15 stations and 1 depot <\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • VAL system <\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 26 m long trainsets (2 coaches in matched pair) without driver <\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • CAPEX: \u20ac 400 millions (estimated)<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    SYSTRA is one of the Shareholders of the U-Line company and participates to the project and was involved in the construction of the line as Project Manager representative of the Client: U-Line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SYSTRA\u2019s main activities were :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Direction of the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Documentation management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Management of the interfaces between civil engineering and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Rolling Stock design review<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Factory inspection for Rolling Stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assistance with testing and commissioning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • U shape viaduct construction supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
