The role supports design development, multidisciplinary coordination, drawing production, and data compliance in accordance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and delivery milestones.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain accurate <em>Revit structural models<\/em> for stations, depots, viaducts, tunnels, retaining walls, platforms, equipment foundations, and other structural elements associated with the light rail project.<\/li>\n<li>Produce <em>2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details,<\/em> and schedules directly from the BIM model.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure models comply with the project <em>BIM Execution Plan (BEP)<\/em>, modelling standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and coordination procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fully functional and up-to-date structural BIM models within the <em>ACC-Forma collaborative platform<\/em>, ensuring correct worksharing practices, file organization, version control, model accessibility, and compliance with project collaboration procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with <em>structural engineers<\/em> to translate calculations, sketches, and design inputs into coordinated BIM deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with architecture, civil, MEP, rail systems, and utilities teams to identify and resolve clashes and design interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in <em>model reviews<\/em>, internal quality checks, and clash detection processes.<\/li>\n<li>Update models based on engineer comments, coordination meetings, and design changes.<\/li>\n<li>Support extraction of <em>quantities, material schedules,<\/em> and model-based information where required.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of project deliverables for concept, preliminary, detailed design, and construction support stages.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of <em>BIM quality assurance and quality control<\/em> procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all deliverables are issued on time and in accordance with project and client requirements.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">Required Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or degree in <em>Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Drafting,<\/em> or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a <em>BIM Modeller \/ Revit Modeller<\/em> in infrastructure or transportation projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in <em>Autodesk Revit<\/em> for structural modelling, within the <em>ACC-Forma collaborative platform<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of structural engineering drawings, detailing principles, and construction documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with reinforced concrete and steel structures commonly used in rail and transit infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of BIM standards, LOD\/LOI requirements, and common data environment practices.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience on rail, metro, tramway, airport, or large infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <em>Dynamo<\/em> or Revit automation tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IFC export, interoperability, and multidisciplinary coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in ISO 19650-aligned BIM environments.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">Key Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Revit modelling capability<\/li>\n<li>Structural detailing awareness<\/li>\n<li>Multidisciplinary coordination<\/li>\n<li>Drawing extraction and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Team collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">The reference salary range for this role would be $65,000 &#8211; $85,000 CAD \/ Annually&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">SYSTRA Canada is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce.
