The position of Resident Engineer (Telecom) is the key position in these BIDs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems (optical fiber, communication lines, control systems) for the railway doubling project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure integration of telecom works with track, bridge, electrification (OHE, substations), and signaling systems.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with civil, electrical, and signaling teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth execution.<\/li>\n<li>Review telecom designs, drawings, and construction methodologies, approving as required.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site inspections, oversee quality assurance, and verify system functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Report progress, risks, and technical issues to the Project Manager and railway authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain documentation of telecom works, ensuring timely completion aligned with overall project milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">At least 3 years&rsquo; experience in JAG\/SG or equivalent Grade and above of Signalling &amp; Telecommunication department of Railways and\/or as DGM\/JGM and above in Signalling &amp; Telecommunication department in RITES\/IRCON\/RVNL or<br \/>equivalent grade in Konkan Railway\/MRVC\/DFCCIL\/ any JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">OR<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Graduate Degree in Electronics\/Electronics &amp; Telecommunication\/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent with minimum experience of 10 years or Diploma in Electronics with 15 years in execution of S&amp;T Construction projects and should<br \/>have worked as construction manager\/resident engineer for two eligible assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
