SYSTRA Canada is an engineering and consulting firm whose primary focus is to offer transportation solutions, whether for passengers or goods: feasibility studies of building a new railway line, increasing the capacity of the existing infrastructure, privatization of a railway.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">Systra is looking for BIM Coordinators to join our Project Team in ONTARIO.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates the integration of disciplinary models into the project&#8217;s federated model.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies conflicts or inconsistencies within federated models and communicates them to the DPM design teams for resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Support BIM Lead and discipline leads in developing and maintaining discipline and federated models;<\/li>\n<li>apply BIM standards and modelling requirements;<\/li>\n<li>assist with coordination, clash detection and issue tracking;<\/li>\n<li>produce model-based drawings, exports and visualizations;<\/li>\n<li>collaborate closely with design teams to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and updates coordination files, ensuring their compliance with project standards.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes BIM coordination reviews and documents technical issues to be monitored.<\/li>\n<li>Verifies the consistency of federated models with the BEP requirements and Client standards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with discipline teams to improve modeling and coordination practices.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to the documentation of coordination processes in the project&#8217;s collaborative tools.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the implementation of the BEP in line with coordination objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><strong>Education: <\/strong>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical), Architecture, or Construction Management. Training or certification in BIM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><strong>Years of Experience: <\/strong>Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in BIM coordination on construction, infrastructure, or building projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in leading BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the management and integration of federated models and clash detection.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (BEP, Cadence standards, etc.) and collaborative processes related to project coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize, document, and update coordination files and processes within collaborative platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual Preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><strong>Personal Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.<\/li>\n<li>Rigorous and strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking and ability to solve technical problems.<\/li>\n<li>Proactivity, initiative, and a desire to improve technical and organizational processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">SYSTRA Canada is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce.
