The Key Street and Grovehurst Junction schemes will look to reduce congestion on the A249, improve pedestrian and cycle facilities and support further development, housing and economic growth in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1628\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/www.systra.com\/ireland\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2023\/06\/a249-grovehurst-interchange-body-image.png\" alt=\"A249 Grovehurst Interchange Body Image\" class=\"wp-image-10503\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-co2-emissions-insight\">CO2 Emissions insight<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dusty-blue-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">SYSTRA\u2019s commission was initially to provide optioneering design services for both major grade-separated junctions as well as supporting the business case development to secure \u00a338m of Housing Infrastructure Funding (HIF) for scheme constriction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having completed these elements successfully, SYSTRA has progressed the outline designs for both junctions which were issued last year.
