Your programme will be tailored around your qualifications and skills. It will include a programme of soft skills development sessions, with a parallel technical development pathway tailored to the discipline area you have joined. You will also have access to a tailored Linkedin Learning journey, designed to enhance the face-to-face and digitally delivered sessions within the programme. You will work with professionals across our multi-disciplinary business, and be supported by a dedicated senior mentor. You will have the opportunity to rotate teams within your business area to gain a diverse perspective and wider range of skills and experience. If you are shortlisted following your initial application, you will have an online video interview via the platform ‘Shortlister’. If you are selected following this interview, you will be invited to a final-round interview. There is no fixed timeframe for the selection process.
