“I found a graduate role at SYSTRA that brought together my interest in research
with my curiosity for how society works. From day one, I felt really supported
by my line manager and the graduate development programme. I was given more
opportunities than I can count to get stuck in, upskill and meet others. Six
years later, I manage my own project teams, including supporting new graduates
in their development!”
