## Graduate development programme

SYSTRA offers a structured three-year Graduate Development Programme (GDP)
combining formal training with on-the-job experience. We provide exciting
opportunities across engineering and consultancy disciplines – giving you the
chance to work on transport, energy and infrastructure projects that are
changing the world.

You could find yourself working on disruptive technologies, consulting on clever
ways to extend the life of ageing transport assets, designing local schemes to
encourage walking and cycling, or supporting the development of high-speed rail
lines to connect major cities. As well as working on projects in Ireland, you
could have the chance to work overseas in one of our global offices.

## apprenticeship programme (UK)

Currently the SYSTRA Apprenticeship Programme is running only within the UK.
SYSTRA offers Level 3 and degree Apprenticeships in most of our key engineering
disciplines, including Digital Engineering , Civil Engineering and Rail Systems
Engineering

Our apprenticeship programmes provide you with valuable on-the-job experience,
alongside your studies – so you gain important qualifications while you work.
You will work alongside our experts who are shaping the future of
multi-disciplinary engineering – helping you to gain a detailed practical
understanding of your chosen discipline, while developing a wide range of
transferable skills.
