You will contribute to optimizing costs, timelines, and logistics processes while ensuring compliance with quality standards.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate shipments across North America, without limitation to this region.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate rates and pricing with carriers to improve delivery times and ensure quality standards are met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor orders and parts to ensure delivery to the required location(s).<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory management.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies, optimize stock levels, and enhance operational processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p><strong>Education: <\/strong>Professional diploma in a related field.<br \/><strong>Years of experience:<\/strong> 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Office suite, particularly Excel and Word;<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with inventory management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal &amp; soft skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail when identifying and ordering parts;<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams;<\/li>\n<li>Clear verbal and written communication skills, both in French and in English*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*Reasons for requiring bilingualism:<\/strong> You will have the opportunity to work with a varied clientele, including both French- and English-speaking companies.
